Aufgrund der Ausbildungen von Gerhard und Kai Weißinger zum Württ. Notariatsassessors sowie zum Dipl. Betriebswirt (FH) darf die Weissinger GmbH u. Co. KG den Titel „Zertifizierter Verwalter“ führen, der ab dem 01.12.2022 für die Verwaltung von WEGs ab 9 Einheiten vorgeschrieben ist. Dies wurde in der Prüfungsordnung ZertVerwV der IHK festgelegt.
